This neighborhood offers many unique amenities to enjoy right in your own backyard. Take advantage of these amentities to truly enhance your lifestyle. CMHA annual dues are $300. They include swimming pool, park, walking track, tennis courts and pavilion ( that can be reserved for personal use). There are annual events that are included such as an Easter Egg Hunt ($2), Spring Adult Social (crawfish), Bi-annual neighborhood wide garage sale, Family Fun Day, Fall Adult Social (BBQ) and Christmas Social. For Halloween and Christmas there is a yard/house decorating contest for cash prizes. And recently added to the many amenities is a Yard the of Month award. |
