Pavilion ReservationsTo reserve the pavillion, first please check the CMHA calendar to see if date is available. Then, please email Bridgit at bridgitchaisson@gmail.com your request, including, date, time, and your contact information, or contact her at 781-6341. You must either speak to Bridgit verbally or she will confirm your reservation via e-mail. (If contact has not been made, please note that your reservation is not confirmed.) Bridgit will email your confirmed reservation. Your reservation will then be placed on the calendar. There is a $25.00 rental fee for the usage of the pavillion. Please make arrangements with Bridgit. Please inform her if you will be in need of electricity. Please book your event as early as possible. Thank You for being courteous to our volunteers.
When you reserve the pavilion that does not include use of the pool or park. Each household is allowed no more than two guest at pool or park. -
Architure Committee ApprovalBefore any changes are made to the exterior of your home you must submit it in writing to the Architure Committee for approval. This includes exterior paint if you are changing the color.
